I bumped into a question that I cannot find any references anywhere from IRB or IRCC.
In the recent version of ICCRC prep exam stimulation #1, the question # 109 about the RPD hearing deadline seems interesting to look into. The answer says the first hearing made at POE can be scheduled at any time, but my understanding was the first hearing cannot be no late than 45 days if a claim is made at POE. So I’ve tried to find references for the answer, but failed to do so.
Luckily, I had an old version of exam prep questions and was able to find the same question, but the answer was different. Do you mind giving me a reference that the answer is coming from? Thank you in advance!
