Here is a small change for Bulgarians and Romanians entering Canada after December 1st.

This information will not play a role on the February 2018 ICCRC Full Skills Exam, but can be part of all exams after.

As always, all of our material will be updated to reflect these changes after the 90-day cutoff if complete.

Important Information for Bulgarian and Romanian citizens travelling to Canada on or after December 1, 2017

on December 1, 2017, Canada intends to lift the visa requirements for all Romanians and Bulgarians. At that point, all citizens of Romania and Bulgaria would no longer need a visa to travel to Canada.

However, similar to other visa-exempt travellers, they would need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to board a flight to Canada. Applying for an eTA is a simple, inexpensive online process that takes minutes to complete.
