While this manual has been updated on the IRCC website as several sections starting from here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons.html, you might feel that ENF02 (and other of the ‘older’ manuals) is a refreshing different way of learning this topic.
Although there haven’t been many changes in Inadmissibility in recent years, kindly note that there may be slight outdated information in the manual.
