As you may have seen, one of the best parts about provincial immigration is that the province can implement new temporary or permanent immigration programs.

Lately there have been a number of reports discussing the upcoming truck driver shortage that Canada will face.

Well, the Saskatchewan immigration authorities had the foresight to implement a TFW program to allow companies to recruit workers for these jobs from overseas!

***Important note***

Although the SINP is likely to be on your ICCRC Full Skills Exam, in order to represent clients before the Saskatchewan immigration authorities, RCICs must also be registered separately with the SINP.

This is very similar to how RCICs not registered with the MIDI cannot represent clients before the Quebec immigration authorities.
